London one day trip

I am back after my long hiatus. Dont really have the mood to blog since I reached the UK because I was really busy with all kind of stuff. Now that i have settle down meaning starting lectures and boring boring stuff, you dont want to hear to talk about, I finally have time to blog again (yes, its because i am bored and have nothing to do, okay)

Anyway, last week, I went to London for my virgin first time and the scenery there was breath taking. My jaw literally drop when I saw all the shopping malls there. However, I didnt do any shopping there because theres just not enough time and i dont have a lot of money$$$$. Fuck! Back to London, so basically we took a train to London early in the morning and ... too lazy to type already.omg, I ve been so lazy this few days, i even sleep at 9p.m. yesterday because i was too lazy to do anything. What happened to me, I sound like a 90 year old grandma! Anyway, just enjoy the photo. and dont ask me all the name of the street, building, road, etc because I am not good with names. We will just keep it to building A,B,C and street A,B,C...

Farewell party!!

As most of you might know, I held my very own farewell party last Saturday!! I really enjoyed it! For those who attended my farewell, thanks so much for attending and I really appreciate it. My parents also did a really great job preparing the food, thanks dad and mum. And of course thanks to my bestest friends who stayed at my home helping me with the party!!

My party was supposed to start at 5p.m. But being a Malaysian, most of them came late and this is an understatement! For one second, I thought nobody wanted to attend my farewell and almost wanted to break all the relationship with the friends who didnt come to my party without a solid reason and I was dead serious then.

Luckily most of them attended.
One of the earliest guest was my grandparents and aunt!!
We made most of our food from scratch, even the pizzas!

Pre farewell Party

I wanted to do something special for my farewell party. Thus, I decided to bake cookies to give out as door gifts. But as you know, I am no pro cook or baker. Therefore, I call in some help!

Plus Zhen yi, who is camera shy and refused to take any picture!

But the thing is neither of us knows how to cook or bake! We are all dumb shit when it comes to baking. And Michelle, making jelly isnt any culinary skills. Maybe not me but 5 years old can do better!

So by using our low culinary skill and with the help of the internet, we started our adventure on ' Baking cookies'
We measured ingredient according to what we think is the right amount, mixed ingredient until we think its enough and bake it using temperature that we think is HOt enough.

And then, it was the waiting part.
To avoid wastage of time, we took out our every ready camera and started doing our thing! And hell are we good at it!


The outcome:

Burnt cookies that are stuck to the tray.

All because WE forget to put oil on the tray. We, okay, michelle, Don't simply point fingers!!!

All in all, I have to say it was a good effort for amateur like us and we did have fun!
As for the goody pack, no cookies in it but lots of other good junk.
At least you guys will be safe from any food poisoning or stomach ache!

Nilai AGAIN!!

The last time my grandfather ate there, he promised to bring us there again for my farewell with my mother side of relative because the food was just so irresistible. Therefor, here I am again, on the way to Nilai enjoying another round of great food!

Before continuing to all the delicious mouth watering food, here is a little something to drool on...

I know I am shameless!! But this is my blog, so deal with it!!

When I reached there, I was greeted by my protege, Goh Vern Jie who was fascinated by my hair piece (she has great taste). Thus, being the master, I allow her to wear it so that she could look glam for a second! I know I am a good master


And then there is Goh Anne Jie, the protege's sister which btw has also a great sense of style. Don't belive? Check out the shoes she is wearing!!

She has similar shoes as I do!!!

As there was too many relative, the young adults(including me) have to seat in the children's table. Thus, the food not as over the top as the adult table.

But the dim sum was awesome! No picture cause some of the children *pointing at my fatty little brother (shannon)* ate all of them before I could even lay hands on it.

Fortunately, I managed to capture the most delicious dish in the entire restaurant.
Their desert. This is actually fried ice-cream. And it's just not an ordinary fried ice-cream. If you look closely, you can see its actually fried durian ice-cream with fresh durian inside. yummy!
